The client is a 3 year old Bangalore-based startup with a new cab service exclusively for airport travellers with more than 2000 cabs running across Bangalore and Chennai, and were planning to expand their services all over South India.


The client was successful in their initial days but when they analysed their growth, real-time fleet management of their cabs including location tracking, speed control, monitoring driver behaviour, maintenance alerts etc.. In order to address these challenges they were looking for a reliable real time location management system.

Our solution included deploying the assistplus platform that could be configured to easily track cab locations in real-time. Smart beacons were installed in every cab to capture real-time location and these beacons continuously monitor to identify rash driving. Additionally powerful and interactive assistplus dashboards helped the client management team to monitor cabs, driver locations, analytical reports and time spent by drivers at specific locations.

With our extremely cost-effective and affordable solution – assistplus, our client was able to deploy the solution quickly in their vehicles to capture the real-time location with minimum infrastructure and effort.
